Voter’s Meetings

Voter’s assemblies are the authoritative voice of the congregation on many matters that effect the entire ministry, such as Calling Church and School staff, electing congregational officers, approving the yearly budget, and deciding major questions pertaining to planning and the overall ministry of the congregation.

Regular Voters’ Meetings are held 5 times each year on the third Sunday of Jan. April, August, November. and December. Special Voters’ Meetings can be called by the Chairman of the Congregation with at least one Sunday’s notice.
